Order Processing & Fulfillment Flow

All orders are processed carefully to ensure product quality. Once your package leaves our central electronics fulfillment hub, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a door-to-door tracking number.

1.Order Placed: Payment confirmed — your order enters our warehouse system immediately.
2.Dispatched within 1-3 Business Days: Your device undergoes a strict quality check, is safely packed, and handed over to our premier international dedicated air express carriers. A live tracking number is emailed to you.
3.In Transit(5–10 Business Days): Your package travels securely to your destination country. You can track its journey at any time via our tracking page=> order tracking page.
4.Delivered:Your CoxSmart device arrives at your door. Enjoy your health journey! 🎉
⚠️We do not offer same-day, overnight, or next-day shipping at this time.

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street number and street name (no abbreviations)
  • Apartment / suite / floor number (if applicable)
  • City, State / Province, ZIP / Postal code
  • Valid phone number (mandatory for carrier delivery notifications)
⚠️Our system uses a third-party address verification service. Please ensure your shipping address matches your billing address to avoid payment holds.

ℹ️If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to confirm the correct address and arrange a reship. Please note that a reshipping fee may apply in this case.

Customs & Import Duties

To provide a premium and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, all shipments to our 5 supported destination countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand) are fully managed under a customs-cleared policy.

• Pre-paid Duties & Taxes: Standard import duties, VAT, GST, and customs clearance fees are already absorbed by CoxSmart and fully included in the product price you see on our store. We do not charge additional taxes at checkout, and you will not be required to pay unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

• Delivery Notice: Our logistics partners handle all standard international clearance procedures on your behalf to ensure the device arrives safely at your door.

• Rare Exceptions: In extremely rare instances, local postal authorities may charge a minor localized administrative handling fee or a remote area delivery surcharge according to local zip code regulations. These specific localized courier fees (if any) remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

ℹ️Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be modified or redirected once dispatched. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
  • CoxSmart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
  • If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
  • Delivery timelines may be extended during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year). We recommend ordering early during these times.
